I've been going here for at least eight years. I moved to another part of the bay and keep trying other dentists to avoid the drive, but I keep coming back to Dublin smiles. Dr. Liao is great, the hygienists are great, the office is clean and about as cheerful is a dentists office could be. She seems to have a lot of up-to-date equipment and I'm just all in for Dr. Liao and the whole Dublin smiles team. Couldn't recommend more.

My first visit . Here to get a mouth guard. From the front office to dental assistant including Dr. Shiao. I found everyone welcoming, kind, informative and helpful.This may seem like a small thing but I never sat in a dental chair that was as comfortable as this one.They made me feel comfortable….that’s a great way to approach dental work and what you’re going to spend for it.I love feeling that someone is working for my good. I’ve been going to March Lane Smiles & Dublin Smiles for several years and when I relocated to another area I was extremely bummed to transfer dentistries. Luckily Dr. Shiao and Dr. Liao expanded their practice to Stockton.They both are extremely professional and always a pleasant to work with and can’t say anything negative! I went to the Dublin Smiles office last month. I must say it was the best ever dentist's appointment I've been to. I was seen by Dr. Shiao who is ever so gentle while cleaning and working on your teeth. The hygienist was super gentle too. My treatment required 3 visits and all of them were a very positive experience. I must again emphasize how kind and gentle Dr. Shiao and her staff are; it is really very evident that they are very skilled and vastly knowledgeable in their profession - calm, relaxed and constantly checking on the patient who is sitting with their mouth open and has limited means of communication! I think this practice is a great asset to the Dublin community and would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs a dentist.

I am very picky about my dentist and have relocated several times. This dental team was a dream, so professional, friendly, clean and family oriented. I did not feel that I was just another set of teeth being pressured to spend a lot of money. I loved it there. I got a crown and cleaning but then moved again. This is home if you need one. They follow new COVID-19 Dental Practice Safety Guidance above and beyond in utilizing every means to prevent transmission in the office in keeping their patients and staff members safe.During my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Shiao has a very gentle touch and demonstrates efficient skill in replacing two of my fillings. Ive always been afraid of dentists and Dr Liao is so good at making you feel like you are at home, and listens to your needs, and goes into full detail on what needs to be done.
