I was seen by Dr. Shiao who is ever so gentle while cleaning and working... on your teeth. The hygienist was super gentle too. My treatment required 3 visits and all of them were a very positive experience. I must again emphasize how kind and gentle Dr. Shiao and her staff are; it is really very evident that they are very skilled and vastly knowledgeable in their profession - calm, relaxed and constantly checking on the patient who is sitting with their mouth open and has limited means of communication!
